Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will require a 50% service fee based on the booked service.

This policy is in place to respect both my time and other clients waiting for availability.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

A delay of more than 10–15 minutes may not be accommodated, as it affects the quality of the service and the schedule of the day. In such cases, the appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show.

Future bookings may require full prepayment.

Media & Content Consent

By booking an appointment, you agree that photos or videos of the services provided (manicure and pedicure) may be taken and used for professional purposes, including social media and website content.

All content is focused exclusively on the work performed.
